SHRI KRISHNA LEELA

Krishnabhakta P.P. Leelatai fondly known as "Tai" (29 May 1934 to 10th Feb 2003) was born by grace of goddess Navadurga of Madkai, Goa in the Shenvi family in the vicinity of Mangeshi temple, Goa. At a very early age about 7 to 8 years she had darshan of Shrikrishna first in the form of a ball of light and then manifested in "Muralidhar Rupa", then she became one of HIS ardent devotees. She started Krishna karya in 1951, at the age of 17 years. Tai had "Omkar rupa" darshan of Shrikrishna, and She promised Lord Krishna to obey HIS orders to the fullest.

By the grace of Lord Krishna she got married in 1963 to another ardent Devi Bhakt Shri Vinayak Karve. She was blessed with 2 sons and a daughter.

"Krishna Kutir" was built in 1978 and Yogeshwar Krishna idol was installed on 6th June 1979 at Krishna kutir. Gradually Tai's Krishna karya spread all over India and in the world, making her famous. By order of Shri Krishna she established "Shri Krishna Leela Centers" an ‘Upasana Kendra’ to do collective Aradhana of Lord Krishna and Shree Vishwajanani for 30 minutes once in a week, as it is the need of the hour. As these centers were established to generate energy through collective upasana to help establish world peace and world well-being. And through these centers the wellbeing of bhaktas and the young generation is achieved (Krishna Vachan : Yog Kshem Vahamyaham).

She preached Krishna bhakti through chanting of mantra "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevay" and spread Bhagvat Gita philosophy, inculcated human values as the part of Krishna Karya. She herself lived it. She established over 300 such centers all over the world since 1992. Today the list stands at 491, that her inspiration (‘Chaitanya shakti’) made this sadhana prosper year after year. She emphasized on chanting "Om Namo Bhagvate Vasudevay" mantra to awaken Omkar shakti i.e Krishna in every individual.

Later by the order of Krishna she established Shakti Peethas of goddess "Shri Nav Durga" of Madkai, Goa, as "Vishwajanani". Thus along with "Om Namo Bhagvate Vasudevay" mantra she also gave "Om Mahan Shakti Devtaay Namaha" a shakti mantra to worship Shri Vishwajanani. Tai established first Vishwajanani temple (out of 9) at Los Angeles, United States of America, to fulfill the wish of Paramhansa Yogananda on 7th Oct 2002. Second one was established by her at Delhi Cantonment on 8th Feb 2003. Just after this, Tai took "Dhyan Samadhi'' on 10th Feb 2003 at Delhi. She is still doing Krishna karya from a different plane at subtle level, many bhaktas have experienced it. Today 8 Vishwajanani temples have been established and we are all eagerly waiting for the 9th and the final Vishwajanani temple to come up at Doha, Qatar.

Lord Krishna gave messages through Tai. One of HIS messages HE mentions that "HE CHANGES WITH TIME".
